About Fred Koch Fred Koch is a highly respected chemical engineer who was the founder of the USA’s largest multinational conglomerate, privately-held oil refinery firm Koch Industries.He was also the founder of many engineering firms, including Winkler Koch Engineering Company and Koch Engineering Company.
